Psh don’t kid yourself. You did amazing things on Overwatch. I’m still blown away whenever I see your stuff in game and Often look at your files to see how you animated different actions. A legend!!!
I’ve been on some great supportive teams in this industry. I was the only non senior animator on the team when Overwatch shipped. A humble brag, but I was certainly the least skilled. I was the slowest runner in the race but I was posting my personal best times.

More experience. It meant skill level but also understanding of the systems and able to make autonomous decisions. When I made senior I was able to mentor other animators through the pipeline.

Being a junior animator with the Trollhunters team was probably one of the best things that could have happened to me. It helped me grow a lot as an animator, and also kept me grounded and humble. It was terrifying and exhilarating all at the same time.

Also, all those people I had the opportunity to work with were just the coolest people, and I miss them dearly.
