In my very recent experience it takes about an hour per level from 100-110 in naively just going and doing a bunch of quests from Legion. May be even faster ways to do it. So up to you if you want to spend 6 hours or not.

I’m thinking I can save that for another time and try a new class. I enjoyed my shaman but it’s a good opportunity to jump right into BoA content.
