Sometimes thought about this when brainstorming dances for Overwatch. We tried to stay away from dances that were done to death anyway (like Thriller.) OW has the benefit of tailoring emotes to character personality or background. Tho, I wonder, who owns the hustle?

Dances can't be copyrighted - otherwise nightclubs wouldn't be much fun.

Only dance choreographies can be copyrighted, not individual moves/cycles that might constitute an emote.
