As of '19 census, VT median income = 31.77% of median rent, behind only FL (32.8%), HI (33.65%), NY (36.96%), and CA (37.9%). VT has highest % unoccupied housing in the country. 25th highest median income. Stop pretending you don't know why this shit is happening
