Yes, but with one very big difference -- Trump has a major cable TV news channel to carry his water and plant seeds in the electorate's minds about the credibility of the investigation. Imagine what Nixon could've done if he had Fox News on his side.

You must not have had anyone in the Vietnam war because we most assuredly did not win every battle. Not even close.

It is so frustrating to see people under react to this, or scoff at the idea that Republicans should or could speak out. He has eroded our ability to be shocked by abusing power in plain site. But this is different. This is truly dangerous. It needs to be treated that way.

You mean the Political opponents that spied on his campaign, setup and entrapped his campaign volunteers, used oppo research for FISA WARRANTS, then continued on with the "insurance policy" to undermine the duly elected President of the United States? Good!

Uh, your "spied upon" is the FBI, etc.'s "investigation" of foreign powers' attempt to sway a US election. And your "duly elected" might be someone else's "stolen election." YMMV, which it obviously does.

The same justice dept that used specious oppo research as a reason to get FISA warrants ? The same justice dept that gave Hillary a pass for destroying evidence, and using a non-governmental server to store classified documents ?

They used evidence of Papadopolous bragging about colluding with Russia to get the FISA warrants. The dossier was just gravy. You need new talking points. Those are all debunked.

Pappo shared info with a professor in London. The info he shared was not about colluding with Russia but that he found out about Russia having info on Hillary. Guess who told pappo this? Someone who just happened to have a connection to FBI's informant. They set him up.

He got drunk and bragged about collusion to an Australian diplomat, who went to the FBI. That was the basis of the FISA warrant. Everything you mention is irrelevant to the warrant.
