In addition to leading the field, @milleridriss never has a bad word to say about anyone, and is kind, helpful and motivational to everyone from students and support staff to junior colleagues and bigwigs. If you've yet to read her work you're really missing out.
I look up to @milleridriss not only for her wisdom but the constructive and sensitive way she goes about things. After every exchange I'm inspired to do better, and think harder. Thank you, Cynthia.

If anything, those words *understate* your influence on the field, courage, and all round ace-ness.
