So he tells violent people an election is stolen and talks about fighting while saying there will be a peaceful transition. Trump's trick has always been to say the bare minimum of the right thing within his dog whistling so his enablers can say 'he said the right thing'.

The only reason he’s now talking of a peaceful transition through gritted teeth is that he was threatened of being kicked out of the White House 15 days in advance.

I appreciate the sentiment. But it’s 2020...not the 70’s...and most folks mindset aren’t able to grasp the “spread the love” mantra in this moment of total failure our government and democracy is in.
