@mattgemmell did you have any guilt that Lauren ( oh am I supposed to say "Mrs. Gemmel"l :-) should get do do her own unboxing of her rMBP?
Checked Lauren’s rMBP pro display for ghosting problems ( http://www.thenbells.com/2012/11/apple-think-twice.html … ). It’s indeed an LG, but doesn’t show the issue.

@mattgemmell For my rMBP, the ghosting didn’t show up until after a few weeks of use. -

@rizzledizzle@mattgemmell@gruber Seems to be the case that dark-grey + white causes huge problems. Does for me at least. Worse by the week

@mattgemmell That’s great to hear. Maybe they’ve fixed it. Was the LCD warm (used for a while). It apparently only shows then. -
@mattgemmell I have a rMBP too, no issues with ghosting here either. A friend has a samsung display and no yellow tint, calling the post FUD -
@mattgemmell It might show over time, I do have the same problem on my iPad… it had no problems when I first got it… but now it does… :(
