If it's any consolation, some of the consultants don't have a proper permit either.... You should be able to get a 'gravel pit' permit once you're here. It's on site. Find me when you arrive and I'll help you out.

Thanks! I’ve been told the gravel is only for those parking midday until overnight. What use is that?

so many of them don't give a damn about trainees because they only rotate to the trust for a year (or two maximum) - transient. And there is a nasty "junior doctors are no different from any other employee - they all have to use park and ride" attitude in some admin staff

I declined a job because of them reasons it’s ridiculous as I would and still would LOVE to work there at the time.. I found a new job closer to home with parking

Husband showed up for first day of a new job in a new hospital in new state today. 40 minute orientation consisted of, “you should already know how to get a parking pass, have a staff email, claim overtime and login to the eMR”. It doesn’t get any better at ~10 PGYs
