I went to the office yesterday to get my Fitbit, which has lived in a desk drawer since we started working from home in February. Bad call. I now once again have the superpower to quantify, with laserlike precision, just how little I slept last night.

I'm hesitant to track my sleep. No time to find the source, but there's an argument that fixating or worrying about not getting enough sleep can lead to anxiety that then makes it harder to sleep. Some sort of evil self fulfilling prophecy / vicious cycle. Basically, me.

I feel that. I love sleep tracking more than anything because I know if I’m oversleeping or under sleeping and can hit optimal rest with some discipline.
