Follow up to my Paypal dispute. They still won't give me a refund because after they told me that I had to file a chargeback with my bank in order to proceed, then cancel it, which I did, that I can no longer use paypal. Thanks for being pro-tier scammers! Appreciate it.

The only luck I've had with PayPal is if you specifically pay with the goods/services option over friends/family. Assesses and extra fee up front, but sales are disputable. If people don't want to do the goods/services, its a good chance it's a scam.

I purchased something as a retail transaction, the seller shipped me a box of garbage, and Paypal is finding in their favor because they gave a tracking number. I disputed this and I guess they don't like disputes so they say they can't give me a refund at all, ever.
