I still have IE loaded on my computer for this and only this purpose.
There are several states whose SoS websites work only on IE. Each time I had to do work on them last year, I cried. Of course, none were worse than NY, which required physical mail or faxed filings, taking a literal eternity to process (they JUST added online filing this month)

I used to have to file certain documents regularly with a NY state regulator. I feel your pain.
