I wish I were a faster runner. Feel like a turtle minus the shell.

@mattcutts I'll have to try 30/30s. Run/walk has saved my legs. Only problem is it's hard to go back to running continuously. -
@WalterBurchIV totally. First marathon group I joined did 5 minute run, 1 minute walk. That was nice too--good chance to snack and hydrate.
