A cooking tip: melting white chocolate in the microwave and it starts to get lumpy/solid? That's called scorching. More heating won't help.

@mattcutts protip if you use a microwave- half power, small time increments, stir. When it's 80% melted take it out and stir to melt rest.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like

@chocolatesupply I think this would have saved me. I saw a few lumps left -> "oh, I'll just nuke it for 30 more seconds to melt those." Doh!
