My 30 day challenge (get good sleep every night) has backfired. :) Woke up at 6 a.m. ready to start the day and can't get back to sleep.
@jbqueru one nice trend is that I've discovered as I get old, I'm sleeping even less. I think my body just rejected getting so much sleep :)

@mattcutts@jbqueru That's OK if the symptom is early awakening, as opposed to wee-hours insomnia -
@timbray@mattcutts I also sleep less than I used to, not in a bad way. I just need to go to bed between 9 and 10pm and I have a good night.
