        @mattcutts What is the current max for retaining a 2-step? Still 30 for non-mobile I know, but is mobile infinite or less than that? tnx.

        @Kevin_Ellen_ but you can configure it so that you only need to enter an extra PIN once a month or less. For me, the UX hassle--worth it.

        @mattcutts would be great if Google Authenticator has a backup option. From time to time I used to change phone or OS.
