19, and this is one of my favorites--I get that you're applying for a lot of jobs and that we're just one of them, but DON'T SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING HOW EXCITED YOU ARE TO APPLY TO WORK AT "OTHER COMPANY'S NAME" Copy and paste errors get you tossed into the round file.
