I like spring cleaning. And I really like to-do lists. Just thinking about.. <whole body shivers in anticipation> Spring cleaning to-do lists.

I love to do lists as well. What do you use to manage yours? I've been living Trello.

An old app that works with Google Tasks that they'll pry out of my cold, dead hands.

I assume you mean the Google Tasks "Canvas" or "IG" interfaces? March 1 is the "soon" in the warning at the top, though IG doesn't even have a warning. I feel similarly, so I'm almost done building a replacement. Launching next week before they disappear: https://www.gtaskd.com/

Yeah...exactly. They're changing the API in August so that it won't support more than one level of subtasks either (just like the new, overly simple UIs). I've got a workaround I've already tested, though, so they haven't pried it from our cold, dead hands yet. :)

Ugh. The one thing that's kept me using Google Tasks is the arbitrary levels of nesting. When they launched those new UIs without it I was hoping it was just a temporary limitation.

Yeah...that's the simple but powerful feature that sets it apart. The first time I checked out the new UI and it told me it wanted to un-nest all my tasks I closed it as fast as I could and never went back.
