I find that the most successful ones tend to be a habit that I want to adopt anyway, and that are just a notch above "so easy to do that I have no excuse." Maybe meditating for 5-10 minutes a day, or cutting out one TV show or social media site that doesn't really make you happy?

This was also my response. I took a 30 day social media detox over the summer. I didn't mention it and I don't think people noticed.
