Recommendations for a worthwhile 30-day experiment?

I find that the most successful ones tend to be a habit that I want to adopt anyway, and that are just a notch above "so easy to do that I have no excuse." Maybe meditating for 5-10 minutes a day, or cutting out one TV show or social media site that doesn't really make you happy?

I wish you would publish a list of those you have done, optionally with a little note, mostly you must have done more of them at this point than anybody else...
