You suck at willpower because you've labeled yourself that way. When you fail you probably say "Oh I knew that would happen, I suck at willpower." What if you flipped that and said that you're going to stick with it for just 30 days?

A series of 30 day challenges last year changed my life. 1 year later I’m heather than I’ve ever been. Havnt had meat in a year and went from a size 36 to 30 waistline and my average afternoon run is 10 miles. A year ago I was not this person. 30days can change everything.
