    Managed identity support for Durable Functions is coming *very* soon.

    Looks like azure tables gets managed identity support, just as with queue and blob storage. Would be great if we can go fully to managed identity support also for the durable functions.

    Updated Azure Tables extensions for , with support for id-based connections and using the Cosmos DB Tables APIs. Note that it's a new namespace, so this will be an additional reference, not just a package upgrade.

    Yesterday we announced the public preview of, amongst other things, Azure AD Kerberos. I discussed a bit about how we did it, and why the features depend on it. But I didn't really explain why we chose the solution we did. Here's why.

    It turns out building an entirely new form of hybrid authentication is complicated. How did we make a platform protocol like SMB work for Windows machines without requiring Active Directory? Easy (welllll): we turned Azure AD into a KDC for Kerberos.
