It’s starting to look likely that there are major things wrong in the Bloomberg SuperMicro piece. So then the question is how much of it is right? Because depending on the details, even a little bit is still very disturbing.

This Bloomberg piece has rapidly (and weirdly) taken on a partisan divide where you’re piled on for being stupid and naive if you express anything short of either complete belief or disbelief. That’s not going to help us find the truth here.

What's the larger picture? "Supply chain attacks"? I think that message got out loud and clear in 2013. But it might do to be less blasé about trusting microprocessors as well?
