The 🚜 is accelerating! Massive thanks to our newest backers and portfolio companies. We’re building a super flexible investment vehicle over here. A strong balance sheet, amazing backers and a team like no other. Building a solid tech company? We’d love to talk.

You all know that I’m a bit Jekyll and Hyde when it comes to capital. When we do VC, we do it well. If you’re a founder who’s going large, come along!

The perfect home does exist and it’s the Invisible House on almost 60 acres in Joshua Tree, CA. There’s a 100 foot “HTP solar heated swimming pool” that runs along the west wall that “offers a natural indoor element built for relaxation” and more Currently listed for $18,000,000

“The biggest disruptive threat to venture capital is not crowdfunding or Angel List or hedge funds. No. The biggest disruptive threat to venture capital is when the very best founders realize they need very little of it to scale” bryce.vc/post/156625080

Lifestyle businesses get a bad rap. Not sure when it got associated with "not being ambitious". • Can work on your own terms AND grow a big company • Can be a small team AND make $100M • Can prioritize both your professional goals AND personal life This is the new path.

Update: free fast charging in the thriving metropolis of Barstow 😆 Free charging at the hotel too. Car itself is crazy, accelerates like ⚡️ and is super comfy. UI is better than the Tesla Also, who do I petition for 90mph freeway speed limits in AU? 110km/h is sooo slow.

There’s so much bad advice for founders on Twitter framed as “everyone else is doing X”. It ignores the entire premise of forging a path for a new business… which is to do something different that everyone else thinks is crazy. Founders, be your crazy selves. 💙

This. “The market” is no longer people. All algos, fucking with each other on real-time. From 10 years ago… I couldn’t care less about crypto, but this in the real world is having serious impacts.

Over a decade ago the polymathic @maxkeiser decoded the financial market in a easy to understand manner. This same video can be used to help understand the recent issues with the crypto markets. 5 minutes worth your time. Brilliantly consistent insights.
