No fucking clue, but it will drive a lot of the smaller creators off of YouTube, or make them hike up Patreon prices. It's bullshit.

It's YouTube making a "gesture" to say they corrected the Logan Paul problem. It's all for show, like Astrid said, it won't effect him in the slightest way. It will kill smaller channels though.
