Ah! So you did consider it. Yes it's really hard to draw the line here. Showing the positive impact on one hand, but making clear that it isn't necessarily the status quo on the other. I personally would be interested in some concrete numbers.

I mean and it's not that I don't trust your content, it's the exact opposite in fact. Just noticed that I was wondering during your talk, whether the "effort" to avoid holey elements is worth it, considering that JS VMs are usually "very fast". Food for thought :)

Do you think it would make sense to show some numbers next time? As in "here's what you could safe in terms of perf in this and that scenario"
I know it always depends on the case but maybe some canonical examples would give a better idea
