Do you think it would make sense to show some numbers next time? As in "here's what you could safe in terms of perf in this and that scenario"
I know it always depends on the case but maybe some canonical examples would give a better idea -
I’d decided against it, as it could lead people to conclude “doing A is Y× slower than B!” when that’s only true for the specific case I benchmarked. Maybe I could show some numbers, but I’d have to somehow make that very clear… Let me rethink this. Thanks for the suggestion!
