How would you expect a String.prototype.replaceAll(searchValue, replaceValue) function to behave? Should it accept RegExps? Should replaceValue support substitution syntax and callable replacers?

And thats more than enough. Like in the readme of the proposal, we would have a straight-forward way to do replace all. So devs who are not familiar with regexp, and regexp flags could rely on intellisense, or MDN, API docs. replaceAll should be an "extension" of replace
