I've started to dislike the name XRegExp. Seven chars and 3 of them uppercase? Bah! If I had a do-over, I think I'd go with Regx or Rex.

@slevithan End users can easily create their own alias if they want to:
var jQuery = XRegExp;
I see no reason to do it out-of-the-box.
