You could always make a nice DevTools-only warning to educate users about "let" etc. Be courageous. Strict by default. Make the world a better place

I would actually love to use `const a = 1` but be able to redefine it. When I teach and play in the inspector I usually reuse simple variable names, like `a`, in examples, but have to use `a=1`. People familiar with python think this is ok in JS and copy.
