Hooray! But it still saddens me that the units use derivative U.S. spelling instead of the official spelling defined by the International Bureau of Weights and Measures.

It's one thing to change the spelling of a unit you do use. But to be the one country that doesn't use a unit, and also be the one country that spells that unit differently?
