https://test262.report/ is the kangax compat table on steroids.

sort of. Old runs wouldn't have results for new added or modified tests. It is possible to do it this way and I'm happy extending the project.

Your point is still valid though, as that wouldn’t capture new tests (for new features, for example). But I think it would be fair to consider untested features to be not implemented.
