This is cool! Are they more or less cross-compatible than the browsers, or about the same? It’s been nice that V8 is a consistent known target for node dev (mostly).

Compared to browsers, these Node.js flavors are more cross-compatible, as the incompatibility surface is reduced to ECMAScript features as opposed to ECMAScript + HTML + CSS + DOM + etc.
