“You might want to have the string normalized into one of the Unicode Normalization Forms first, too.” JS has String#normalize for that. IMHO that part is not a mistake — this should be separate and should not be handled by the iterator.

I mean, I don't see it as necessarily a problem to have `.codepoints()` take a normalization-form option.
