You said "everyone is correct per spec". Does it mean we have two "valid" specs at the same time ? Or it depends of the targeted EcmaScript version ? If so, have we a way to specify which spec we want to use?

It’s explained in the video. The spec defines how certain date formats should be handled but says that the behavior for other formats is implementation-defined.
Okay that was easy... Now the real challenge is whether it also works with emojis!?
