yeah it is a real bind. If you were to upload images you might find you are. Over time I think you might want to be, but under conditions you set.

appreciate the effort but the cat is already completely out of the bag. AI folks clearly feel entitled to eat up anything that can reach a human eyeball. don't we all know that you can't opt out of having your data spread around on the internet? i wish it were possible. it ain't

I disagree for a few reasons. Fidelity and quality of data is a big factor. The future of AI media is not 1024px squares. You are right that we can't roll back models already released, but ppl at scale will interact with interfaces to large and new models.
