Yeah, I've been looking into it/researching how the devs make those types of worlds. I should start modelling these worlds myself tbh.
My next goal might be animated boards like you've got with some of those neon signs, that's a neat effect.

Yeah, I want to film some actual footage of people for those billboards and animate them, but a noise effect will have to do for now.

I love taking something from the 'real world' and putting it into games like that; even though I'm a coder, that's why I love making SFX.
