I think I'm messed up; when I talk to people about stuff I feel better but like a day or two later I'm always bummed again. Is that wrong?

@matchristian Is it wrong that the fact things haven't necessarily changed still bums you out? Not at all.
@thejonnymar Yeah that's exactly it, I'm kind of waiting for something and it's the waiting that is kind of like prolonged torture.
