I think I'm messed up; when I talk to people about stuff I feel better but like a day or two later I'm always bummed again. Is that wrong?

@matchristian I've been taking meds for depression on and off for years--it works better than talk therapy. I see it as a chemical thing.
@TheKubliest I used to take meds for a different depression thought process. I think this is just a situational girl crush thing. Sucks tho
