Curious effect of trying to define indie: most definitions exclude many famous "indie games," and include many games few refer to as indie.
@GameDevsLikeYou I was once booted from an Indie Dev forum because the devs had a strict definition and wouldn't listen to anything else. :)

@GameDevsLikeYou I believe it was that an indie can't have ANY financial backing from another company. I was trying to defend the opposite.
