Trying to move my home network downstairs and the cable down there doesn't seem to be giving signal to the modem. Why are home cable setups so complicated, why can't I just hookup anywhere and it works.
Whoever had this home before might have just unhooked a bunch of cables to prevent splitting because there are a whole bunch of unconnected cables at the incoming point. So my issue might just be randomly hooking stuff up, or maybe Spectrum needs to update something? Idk.
