If you use Unity store assets you might want to check this folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store-5.x\ Looks like it's the locally cached location for asset packages and can get pretty big, even if Unity is on a different drive.
You can either move the packages somewhere else to manually import them in a future project, or just delete the folder if you're OK with re-downloading them.
