After getting frustrated by Unreal macros breaking Intellisense I took the community's suggestion and picked up Visual Assist and it's immediately what I wanted from Intellisense.

I don’t think I could live without Visual Assist’s shortcuts to navigate solutions
I’ve never really had a plug-in or tool that I relied on in VS so it’s kind of a new experience for me having something robust to dig into and use as part of my code workflow.

Off the top of my head: Alt+Shift+O is way faster than using the solution browser for searching files. Alt+O to swap between .h and .cpp versions of the file you’re in And the best one is Alt+M to search functions in your current file if you have a particularly large file.
