Glad to see the Rise of Skywalker trailer continues the latest trilogy's over-indulgence on slow motion close up shots as substance.

Seriously though, not every scene needs a slow motion close up of a major character. The Force Awakens had it ALL the time and it was ridiculous. Maybe if it wasn't slowed and zoomed I wouldn't see the emotion. Thanks for the emotion director.

Maybe it's because I don't really like Star Wars that much; but those shots just make the trailers and movies feel so self-indulgent and unnecessary. It's like the filmmakers going 'hey it's Star Wars so this shot is epic, not just useless, isn't Star Wars awesome fellow kids?'.
