I wouldn’t call it the most calories I’ve ever burned in a workout; but that combined with some better food choices lost me about 5 lbs in the last 1-1.5 weeks so that’s cool.*
Yesterday was date night and cheat meal so I hopped back on the Peloton and cycled through 2 classes today. I’m really liking the bike along with the amount of content it has. It’s like exercise for ‘completionists’.

*Note: I typically don’t consider anything 5 lbs or under weight loss because water weight can vary so drastically. Though it’s worth watching to see if that loss continues to trend downward as ‘actual’ weight loss.
