It does and doesnt. The problem Downpour has (despite the really REALLY bad handling of series lore) is that the entire context and events of the story change depending on what ending you get. Not to mention the choice sections were garbage and really didn't matter because the outcome was always the same. It was literally 'choose which ending you want' when you look back at it.
