I started playing Fitness Boxing daily (the amazing @DanniRieckhoff got it for me for my birthday!); I'm interested to see if that combined with eating better a little produces any results. Tbh, my back muscles were a little tired today after yesterday's workout.
That's good but seems like it could be unhealthy losing that much that fast...
