I've been looking at getting off Photoshop but when I go to other solutions I just try to do PS things and get aggravated and go back. The hooks are snagged deep in me.

Psst. (Nothing that great has changed about Photoshop since CS2 or maybe even prior, find a copy of the old software to not suffer under the subscription model)
Definitely thought about that too. All I use right now are some basic brushes. I'd like to start using some more textured brushes but because of PS's bloat they nearly crash the program for no obvious reason.
