Ah, sure. I wasn't there today so wondered if there was more context to the slide. My experience outside the industry didn't match and I couldn't find specifics on Dept of Labor's site for a 40+ salary worker. So I wondered if the slide was more towards contract or salary.

I think it was the type of contracts we worked. And to clarify, I wasn't looking deeply into the rules, so I could def be wrong on the exact gov mandate.
