Is that the one on the dark side of the moon with the sequence of boss battles?
(Spoilers slightly) It's in a level after that one, called Darker Side. Basically it's only a single long, extra-hard level with one checkpoint at the start.

Oh man, I still haven't beat the sequence of boss battles, I don't know if my body can take this.

Yeah the boss battles definitely tested my patience but for some reason Darker Side just felt brutal. Part of it was my impatience being tossed back to the beginning because of one mistake (same with the boss gauntlet).
